Seattle Opera

I went to see Don Quixote last night and was very disappointed. I suppose I just don't like operas with no featured sopranos or tenors. They did have a couple of tenors in minor roles but their voices (one, especially) were extremely weak and unimpressive. If I were not sitting in the front row, I probably wouldn't have heard them at all. They also had a couple of sopranos in smaller roles but they were playing male suitors. It was downright silly. The dancing and acting were great, though. Another good thing...it was a short opera.
